This was a promotional page developed for Promise Digital on a freelance basis. It was to promote awareness of the Renault Duster’s participation in the 2015 Dakar Rally.
I used the jQuery library to create a gallery slider & hover effects, a custom implementation of Google Maps with styling to go with the colours on the site as well as custom markers and paths to illustrate the rallies course. And just your normal implementation of the YouTube API for the video’s.
On the CSS side there was a fair amount of layering and the page was fully responsive.
